Getting help from CDA

The best way is to open a ticket by emailing help@concordia.ca with as much detail as possible including screenshots if applicable. Mention that it’s for the Fine Arts queue to avoid delays in them assigning us the ticket. It will take a couple of hours to a couple of days for someone to contact you, depending on the urgency of your request.

The Centre for Digital Arts provides IT computing¬† and equipment related support for the Faculty of Fine Arts. Anything to do with borrowing equipment to online services offered to the Faculty. If you don’t actually have a technical issue, please email cda@concordia.ca for general questions.
