Getting help from CDA

The best way is to open a ticket by emailing help@concordia.ca with as much detail as possible including screenshots if applicable. Mention that it’s for the Fine Arts queue to avoid delays in them assigning us the ticket. It will take a couple of hours to a couple of days for someone to contact you, depending on the urgency of your request.

The Centre for Digital Arts provides IT computing  and equipment related support for the Faculty of Fine Arts. Anything to do with borrowing equipment to online services offered to the Faculty. If you don’t actually have a technical issue, please email cda@concordia.ca for general questions.
